Terms of Service

Booking & Payment

  • Booking fees are non-refundable.

  • Date is not secured until a booking fee/payment is received.

  • Late payments will delay delivery.

  • Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services already delivered.

Conduct & Communication

  • Respectful communication is expected from both parties at all times.

  • Abusive, threatening, disrespectful, or defamatory behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Photographer reserves the right to end communication/services if harassment occurs.

  • False public statements or reviews may result in refusal of future services.

  • Standard turnaround time is up to 3 months.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays that fall within the stated turnaround time frame.

  • Client must download and back up all files immediately after delivery.

  • Files/galleries are only stored for a limited time (example: 7–30 days).

  • Photographer is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, or undownloaded files after the delivery period ends.

  • After final delivery and client satisfaction, photos/files may be permanently deleted due to storage limitations and workload.

Turnaround & File Delivery
Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Reschedules depend on availability.

  • Last-minute cancellations will result in loss of booking fee.

  • If the client is late, coverage time will be reduced accordingly and will not be extended free of charge.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not given due to personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with poses/editing style if the delivered work matches the photographer’s portfolio style.

  • Any refund offered is considered a goodwill gesture and does not mean fault or liability is accepted.

  • Clients should understand photography/videography is an artistic service and final results may vary depending on lighting, venue, timing, weather, cooperation, and event conditions.

  • Photographer is not responsible for missed shots caused by guest interference, lateness, venue restrictions, or failure to communicate requests beforehand.

  • Additional edits, urgent delivery, extra coverage hours, RAW files, or extensive revisions will incur additional charges.

Creativity & Limitations
Agreement

  • By booking, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.

Usage Rights & Privacy

  • Photographer may use photos/videos for portfolio, Instagram, website, and marketing purposes unless the client requests privacy before the booking.
